Using interactive and engaging workshops, Mutiny reviews existing business and marketing strategy, We explore internal and external competencies to allocate responsibilities to particular practitioners within the value chain. We establish where the current responsibilities lie and identify gaps in th existing approach.

Looking at the established nine disciplines of digital marketing, Mutiny will set a series of challenges and exercises that establish the competence of existing practitioners.

 

The outcome scores against what our partners need to achieve as a business, and what the capability is currently within both in-house teams, and external suppliers.

Bearing in mind the overall business objectives, we will review those activities that are business critical, or can be delegated.

Mutiny will provide recommendations for an overall business structure, plus the types of services that can be efficiently delivered through third party companies, and offer a scorecard for selection and appointment.

Mutiny will break down the objectives of a digital marketing strategy in terms of specific, measurable and achievable goals that can be reviewed throughout the execution plan.

 

We will allocate these targets to both internal and external suppliers, and provide a framework for review, appraisal and replacement as necessary.
